Implementation complete (#258 follow-up)

Wired onOpenProfile / onOpenWalletProfile through all participant-address surfaces that show live buy activity or podium rankings. Clicking a wallet address now opens WalletProfileModal (indexer GET /v1/arena/wallet/{address}/stats); explorer links remain only inside the modal.
