Summary

Verification pass for GitLab epic #238 (Arena v2 full redeploy). Merged main to resolve conflicts; restored INV-EPIC-238-* invariants and guardrails cross-link after merge. The play-skills #258 link fix is already on main (conflict resolved by keeping main).

The epic is not ready to close — three linked children remain open (#254, #255, #258) and maintainer sign-off on DeployProduction (#259) is still pending.
