Summary

Fixes GitLab #285: the play-time-arena-doub row in skills/README.md had broken Markdown for issues #258 and #278 (missing #258 URL and an orphaned (https://…/issues/258) fragment after the #278 parenthetical). This MR also restores the play-time-arena-warbow table row that had been merged into the DOUB row via ||.

Doc-only; guardrails and invariant cross-links elsewhere were already correct.
