Summary

Verification pass for GitLab #293 — Arena AUDIT/protocol surfaces match the cyberminimalist glass system with current Arena v2 operator copy.

Implementation on main already satisfies acceptance criteria. This MR only aligns §293 QA docs with 100% podium buy routing (#300) where they still referenced legacy 40/30/30 admin-split wording.

Merge conflict resolution: Merged current main (glass-arena UI). Single conflict in docs/frontend/arena-views.md §293 — kept MR's detailed 100% DOUB buy routing to four podium tracks (25% per category · 70/20/10 epoch tranches; #300) wording.
