Summary

Verification of GitLab #266 found stale Playwright specs in referral-path.spec.ts that still expected canonical URLs under /timecurve/:code after the #266 retirement (redirects now land on /arena/:code). This MR updates those tests and adds explicit coverage for /timecurve/arena and /timecurve/protocol redirects.

Issue #266 remains open for product sign-off; this MR only fixes E2E drift discovered during agent verification.
