Summary

Update documentation, invariants, manual QA checklists, and Playwright E2E coverage to reflect the new cyberminimalist PvP command-console UX across the platform.

Scope

  • Document new Arena layout and component map in arena-views.md and design.md
  • Create page-by-page content audit checklist against canonical TimeArena docs
  • Update manual QA checklists for visual regression and mechanics verification
  • Refresh Playwright selectors, test expectations, and branding strings (Yield Omega)
  • Add/update frontend invariants for the redesign where needed

  • Branding: Yield Omega (with space) in user-facing test expectations
  • Keep arena-* CSS naming convention per #280

  • Manual QA checklists updated for visual + mechanics smoke
  • Playwright E2E specs pass with updated selectors
