Summary

Completes land (S0+S2) for #15 after the partial merge that only deleted root CODEOWNERS:

  • S0: Add docs/adr/0001-remove-catchall-codeowners.md and docs/architecture.md byte-identical to independently accepted SHA 5ecac462863d65b0ea4b930675d1e21bde5d4c4a.
  • S1: Root CODEOWNERS already absent on main (H15-1 four-path test -f fails).
  • S2: README states H15 merge gate with relative links; does not imply CODEOWNERS or cl8y-forgejo#5 is the trusted-merge story.
  • Land criterion 6: S3 tracked on #16 (leftover-complete checklist).
