Summary

Completes S2 (standing docs + README pointers) for #3 after merged PR #3 landed S1 (delete-only). Closes the land integration criteria in ADR 0001 except operator protection GET and S3.

  • Add ADR 0001 (Accepted) and architecture H3.
  • Move product mermaid from docs/README.md into architecture; index points at ADR + architecture.
  • Root README: H3 merge gate pointer (PR + Woodpecker + SHA-pinned merge; not CODEOWNERS).
  • Opened #4 for post-merge plant-check (S3).
