Summary

Tracking issue for the SEC-J05 prelaunch signoff gate. All 11 P0 items and all filed P1 finding issues are confirmed closed as of 2026-07-01. Five parent doc log reviews (#446, #447, #452, #453, #454) remain open pending QA verification. Before mainnet deploy, the developer must post a formal GO/PAUSE/BLOCK comment on this issue (#472). This issue is held open until QA verifies that comment is present.

What Needs to Happen

Qa dev verifies and closes #446, #447, #452, #453, #454
LeadDeveloper posts a formal signoff comment on this issue (#472) containing:
- Decision: GO, PAUSE, or BLOCK
- Date (UTC)
- P0 completion: each of the 11 items listed as closed with issue link
- Residual risks: deferred not-yet-reviewed items and accepted low-ROI items listed
- P1 next steps: confirmation that follow-up issues exist for all deferred items
QA dev verifies the signoff comment is present on #472 and closes this issue
