Summary

Documents how Cursor Cloud agents (and other Linux hosts) can run indexer QA when the yieldomega-pg Docker container cannot start—common on nested VMs with overlay mount failures.

Changes

AGENTS.md: New section Postgres without Docker (yieldomega-pg) with connection defaults, one-time Ubuntu setup (postgresql-16, port 5433, yieldomega role with CREATEDB), and clarity on which workflows work without Docker vs. start-local-anvil-stack.sh (still Docker-dependent for Postgres bootstrap).
