Context

WarBow PvP with DOUB costs and independent WarBow epoch reset. Parent epic: #238.

Acceptance criteria

Steal 1000 DOUB, Guard 10000 DOUB, steal-limit override 50000 DOUB, Revenge 1000 DOUB
All WarBow spends route through DOUB accounting (no CL8Y)
BP/scoring rules retained from docs/product/primitives.md unless spec amends
On WarBow timer epoch roll: reset live BP/podium scores; persist epoch id for admin finalizeWarbowPodium(epoch, first, second, third)
Flag plant/claim mechanics retained (claim cost = 0 DOUB)

Verification checklist

Forge: steal/guard/override pull DOUB amounts
Epoch reset clears battlePoints but finalizeWarbowPodium(oldEpoch, ...) still pays from that epoch's pool

Verification complete (#252)

Verified WarBow DOUB PvP on TimeArena in worktree issue/252-warbow-pvp, merged to main at 64e2f83.

Findings & fixes

DOUB costs — constants match spec: steal 1000e18, guard 10000e18, override 50000e18, revenge 1000e18, flag claim 0.
BP epoch reset — rollPodiumEpoch(CAT_WARBOW) now bumps warbowBpGeneration so stale battlePoints read as zero (was podium-only clear).
Admin finalize path — WarBow roll skips auto 4∶2∶1 pay (other categories unchanged); finalizeWarbowPodium(epoch, …) pays the retained active pool after roll.
Tests added — guard/revenge/override/flag/epoch-reset/finalize Forge tests; all 60 TimeArenaTest cases pass.
