Context

Remove Leprechaun NFT surface from Arena v2 full redeploy. Parent epic: #238.

Acceptance criteria

  • Contract, tests, deploy wiring removed
  • Frontend route/nav removed
  • Docs + skills deleted or archived with "removed in Arena v2" stub
  • Guardrails skill (.cursor/skills/yieldomega-guardrails/SKILL.md) leprechaun bullets removed

Verification checklist

  • rg -i leprechaun returns zero hits outside CHANGELOG/archive
  • forge build + indexer build green

What we did

  • Removed LeprechaunNFT contract, tests, and DeployDev / DeployProduction wiring
  • Deleted docs/product/leprechaun-nfts.md and skills/collect-leprechaun-sets/SKILL.md
  • Indexer: dropped leprechaun_nft from address registry config; removed GET /v1/leprechauns/mints and decode/persist paths
  • Frontend: removed CollectionPage, /collection route, home card, and leprechaun cutouts in surfaceContent.ts
  • Guardrails rewritten without Leprechaun references

Acceptance criteria for closing

  • Contract, tests, deploy wiring removed
  • Frontend route/nav removed
  • Docs + skills deleted
  • Guardrails skill leprechaun bullets removed

  • rg -i leprechaun cleanup outside CHANGELOG / archive / audits: docs, skills, guardrails, scripts, bot env, mascot art path renames (bunny-girl-*, mascot-bag-bunny-pair, etc.)
  • Moved JSON schema to schemas/archive/; updated schemas/README.md + docs/schemas/README.md
  • Removed stale leprechaunReadAbi from frontend/src/lib/abis.ts
  • Documented INV-RETIRED-241-* in docs/testing/invariants-and-business-logic.md
  • Rebased onto latest main (#245 bot/skill removals) and retargeted scripts/anvil-export-bot-env.sh / sync-bot-env-from-frontend.sh to Arena v2 addresses
