Bug: PodiumPaid rows not indexed despite PrizesDistributed event

TimeCurvePage shows 'No PodiumPaid rows indexed yet' but PrizesDistributed event exists at block 27 (tx 0x880ae339). Either the indexer isn't parsing PodiumPaid events or the contract doesn't emit them separately from PrizesDistributed.

Found on v1.4.0, indexer max block 37, local Anvil stack.

Root cause: PodiumPaid is emitted by PodiumPool; PrizesDistributed is only on TimeCurve. The indexer was correct, but start-local-anvil-stack.sh wrote local-anvil-registry.json without PodiumPool, so eth_getLogs never queried that contract.

Fixed on main: registry now includes PodiumPool and ReferralRegistry (same omission class). Re-run the stack script and reset DB so the indexer rescans from deploy block.

Root cause: `PodiumPaid` is emitted by **PodiumPool**; `PrizesDistributed` is only on **TimeCurve**. The indexer was correct, but `start-local-anvil-stack.sh` wrote `local-anvil-registry.json` without `PodiumPool`, so `eth_getLogs` never queried that contract. Fixed on `main`: registry now includes `PodiumPool` and `ReferralRegistry` (same omission class). Re-run the stack script and reset DB so the indexer rescans from deploy block.
