Validation recorded in the report: Rust unit and Postgres integration suites passed, 11 mocked Playwright tests passed, and the production frontend build and SPA smoke passed. One frontend unit test failed; format/strict Clippy checks and dependency advisory findings are documented.

Documentation only. CI is skipped at the user's request; no runtime changes are included.

Adds an evidence-backed review of both Rust packages, the frontend, security, UI/UX, testing, deployment, and performance. The report contains 53 prioritized findings and a remediation sequence, including scheduled drafts and multiple editors.
