Post-merge evidence for removing catch-all CODEOWNERS (remaining
land after incomplete #30).

Merging the successor closes remaining-work {R}; this tracker
survives. Closed #30 is not this tracker.

After S2+WP-pre are on main, open dedicated non-WIP plant-check PR
{n} whose only path is docs/h30-plant-check.md. Close {n}
without merging. Paste GET record here, then close this issue.

Do not merge {n}. Do not use merged #30 or open #29 as proof.
