Summary

Follow-up after !28 merged onto main (f000040). In-tree copy/docs/skill for #16 are on origin. Live vote.cl8y.com still needs a Coolify frontend rebuild before users see the new sentence.

Pattern matches closed #15 (redeploy after earlier MRs). Product AC stay on #16; this issue is the ops deploy.

Remaining work

Coolify / dApp
- Rebuild the voting frontend image from main (f000040 or later).
- Confirm live HTML includes: Accept opens the Legal page. On a phone, open it in MetaMask or paste the link in Binance Web3.
- Confirm Accept still navigates to Legal /sign/evm with account= (clickwrap >= 0.1.1 already on main).
Do not close #16 until the live unsigned-EVM path and Legal #15 round-trip are done. This issue can close once the new build is on vote.cl8y.com.
GitLab CI quota
- !28 pipeline 2804368993 failed all jobs with ci_quota_exceeded (no tests ran in GitLab). Restore CI minutes or the next MRs will also merge blind. Local frontend unit tests on the MR tree were green (110).

Out of scope

Do not bump @plasticdigits/cl8y-clickwrap again unless production is still on 0.1.0.
Do not revert hint copy to “Chrome/Safari cannot finish terms”.

Pushed d7f4d51 to main. Worktree verify/issues-9-17 merged.

What I did

Confirmed in-tree LEGAL_EVM_INAPP_HINT is Accept opens the Legal page. On a phone, open it in MetaMask or paste the link in Binance Web3. (unit tests still match).
Probed live https://vote.cl8y.com/ (index-cN5sRfvA.js, HTML last-modified 2026-08-31 05:05 UTC, before !28). Live bundle still ships Chrome and Safari cannot finish terms….
Documented the probe in docs/OPS.md §6 and cross-linked this ops follow-up from HANDOFF / ISSUE_MIGRATION / skills.

I cannot rebuild Coolify from this repo. GitLab CI minutes (ci_quota_exceeded on !28) were not restored from here.
