Summary

Successor product PR for ADR 0001 after S1-only merge of #2 (0197f8c). Ships standing docs (docs/architecture.md T2) and the Decision 3 README pointer under ## 🤝 Contributing. Design copied from reviewed SHA 0ca5804f50c136153833aa77018279cd8c6b83db on origin/cac-design-issue-2; ADR Status value line flipped Proposed → Accepted on this product tip only.

Merged #2 does not complete ADR 0001. S3 tracks on #3.

Leftover-complete (S3): #3 — opened before this merge per Migration
CI enablement (Woodpecker wait owner): #4 — opened before treating T2-3 wait as named
