Summary

PR #3 merged slice 1 only (root CODEOWNERS delete). This completes ADR 0001 integration criteria still missing on main:

  • Slice 2: .gitignore carve-out so docs/adr/** and docs/architecture.md are tracked; docs/CODEOWNERS stays ignored.
  • Slice 3: Woodpecker no-catchall-codeowners (Alpine test ! -f on all four Forgejo lookup paths); existing tree step unchanged.
  • ADR status Accepted; docs/architecture.md merge-plane table names tree + no-catchall-codeowners.

Validation

  • Post-merge operator oracle: non-WIP PR opened after land must satisfy the seven-clause pass-iff in ADR Observability (#3/#2 leftovers excluded).

Gaps

  • Woodpecker ci/woodpecker/pr/woodpecker on this PR tip (await CI).
  • Authenticated protection GET not re-run from this job (author attestation in ADR unchanged).
