The 11:58 UTC Telegram forward burst filed four issues in code/hello (one per forwarded message). They are the same report:

#12 — verification e-mail not arriving (this is the email bug)
#11 — “You only need an email (and complete a PoW captcha)”
#13 — “wait 3hrs”
#10 — dex.cl8y.com repo pointer (same thread)

Treat #12 as the ticket. Intake did not attach a link in Telegram (live ack is still the bare heard — filed). That plus coalescing four forwards into one issue is in PR PlasticDigits/cl8y-agent-control#21 (not on main yet).
