The separate gateway build now uses a literal short Bash hook from the pinned Git checkout, avoiding builder env-file assumptions and Coolify's rejection of inline shell operators. The hook verifies Git HEAD against the validated public source SHA before the fixed Docker build; a static entry marker distinguishes hook execution from framework failure.

Independent review cleared exact 54ea2f8af101066d26b1c7ce5e3456999b4dd6f2. Six provisioner mocks, shell syntax, maximum command bounds and the mismatched-HEAD refusal before Docker passed. Relay, image contents and topology are unchanged from the reviewed gateway source.

Runtime acceptance remains open under issue #3. No main portal settings, worker attachments, SMTP AUTH, sender enablement or sends are included.
