Summary

Record that Keplr registry PR #132 merged and document K629-9: current upstream metadata is authoritative; the local exporter is a pre-merge snapshot.
Mark Keplr recognition complete in the listings catalog and cross-link CoinGecko price work to #644.
Update integrator, QA, and third-party agent playbooks; keep the Keplr visual check and CoinGecko form submit in the cl8y-pm inbox.
