Summary

Add first-screen pair-direct pool-only vs solver best-execution guidance with invariants I707-1–I707-7.
Align architecture, Pattern C, ADR 0001, route-solver, index, volume guidance, and third-party agent skills.
Add the docs-only make verify-issue-707 target.

Verification

make verify-issue-707 — 21 checks passed.
git diff --check — passed.
Commit hooks: cargo fmt --check, cargo clippy, and gitleaks passed; frontend checks were skipped because node_modules is absent.

Related: #707 (closed after verification); #708–#710 (current opt-in greedy behavior); #718 (future omitted-parameter default change and docs reconciliation).
