Relates to Forgejo #1328.

Change

Add a 3,000,000 gas floor only for the continuous two-hop pool-only CW20 route from the configured CL8Y token to UST1.
Keep the generic two-hop floor, hybrid routing, USTC → USTR wrap envelope, and uluna fee denomination unchanged.
Add a read-only Columbus-5 route simulation, focused regression tests, ADR 0013, frontend docs, and the Terra Classic gas playbook invariants.

Issue criteria

Classify the current Columbus-5 quote: two pool-only hops, CL8Y → ALPHA → UST1, with hybrid: null.
Read-only forward simulation shows gas_used=2,643,979–2,643,980, above the former 1,910,000 envelope. A successful reverse-direction tx through the same pools used gas_wanted=5,000,000 and gas_used=2,606,968: tx.
Raise only that route envelope to 3,000,000. Tests keep other routes and USTC → USTR wrap+2hop on existing limits; no stablecoin gas or hybrid book leg is added.
Focused tests cover the measured floor, Network fee parity, quote/query attempts to lower gas, and unchanged neighbor envelopes.
Complete a signed forward CL8Y → UST1 swap, record its actual gas_wanted / gas_used, and confirm the under-estimate toast is absent. Queued cl8y-pm card: 49becf11-4b53-4441-9f01-07b99852f78e (DEX issue URL is in the card body).

Verification

VERIFY1328_SIMULATE_ADDRESS=... make verify-issue-1328 — 95 tests passed; live Columbus-5 simulation used 2,643,979 gas with 356,021 gas headroom under the new floor.
tsc -b --pretty false — passed.
make lint-frontend — passed with five existing React hook warnings.
Full make test-frontend — 2,835 passed; the two remaining failures also reproduce on clean origin/main: SwapPage query flip AC7 and TradePage UST1 invert H4.

The signed forward wallet check remains tracked as an operator card, so this PR is marked WIP.
