Summary

  • upgrade-1246-alpha.sh step 5 stores treasury 0.2.2, 2-of-3-migrates CMM, then executes migrate_owned_contract (never wasm migrate ALPHA).
  • Refuses the stale Aug 2026 treasury 0.2.1 artifact; Refresh only after ALPHA LCD is 11666.
  • Columbus-5 already ran this path (CMM 11667 / ALPHA 11666, #1250 closed).
