Summary

  • Design/home map for remaining fee-ledger ingest: pair-creation #1209, SKU/settings invoices #1210, cohort split #1211. This epic adds no FeeSource, CHECK, API field, or UI label.
  • Playbook skills/AGENTS_INDEXER_FEE_LEDGER_HOME.md (L1213-1–L1213-8), invariants row, factory audit item 11 pointer, make verify-issue-1213.
  • Skill points at marketing strategy/fee-ledger-home.md (companion PR #7).
  • #1210 / #1211 issue-body Related lines name #1209 / #1210 / #1211 (closed marketing #1 / #4 remain trackers).

Closes #1213.

  • No new pair_creation / sku_unlock / settings_fee in protocol_fees.rs or *protocol_fees*.sql
  • Marketing strategy/ research/ pointers paired with dex replacements (companion PR #7)
  • Marketing #1 / #4 / #5 remain closed
  • #1210 / #1211 Related sections name dex siblings
  • Do not merge this into protected main from the agent (Woodpecker + autoland)

split stay on child tickets. Adds L1213 skill, invariants, and
verify-issue-1213. No FeeSource or protocol/fees ingest on this epic.
Point the #1213 skill at cl8y-marketing strategy/fee-ledger-home.md
so agents land on dex #1209/#1210/#1211 instead of a marketing queue.
