Summary

Vendor a Cosmostation chain/terra/cw20_2.json fragment + PNGs for the permanent six (same pins/decimals as Keplr).
Invariants C640-1–C640-8: Classic terra folder, append-only, coinGeckoId only on CL8Y, UST1 unstablecoin, USTR not a stablecoin, no CI PR.
make verify-issue-640 + skill AGENTS_COSMOSTATION.md.

Closes #640. Parent #639.

Test plan

make verify-issue-640 (passed twice)
Upstream GitHub PR to cosmostation/chainlist (append, do not replace the live 43 rows)
After merge: Cosmostation / Mintscan search CL8Y
