Summary

Land the #639 parent catalog in-repo: pins, agentic go/no-go, skip list, and L639-1–L639-8 so third-party agents do not reopen DeFiLlama/Keplr or invent new indexer APIs.
Add CoinGecko / CMC exchange form drafts that point at https://indexer.dex.cl8y.com/cg/ and /cmc/ (not CoinGecko Pro v3).
Lock the permanent-six CW20s to the Keplr pack (addresses + decimals) and document UST1 as an unstablecoin (never $1) and USTR as not a stablecoin.
Cross-link AGENTS.md, integrators, testing, CG/CMC compliance, indexer invariants, and the Keplr/Llama skills. Verify: make verify-issue-639.

Closes #639.

make verify-issue-629 (Keplr lockstep / docs still green)
Confirm docs/listings/catalog.json pins match live columbus-5 factory / CW20s
Confirm form drafts are copy-pasteable on the Partners / CMC request hubs (human captcha still required)
Open child issues one venue at a time (do not vendor Cosmostation/Hexxagon/chain-registry packs in this MR)
