Summary

Adds a ready-to-copy keplr-contract-registry pack for the permanent columbus-5 CW20s (CL8Y, UST1, cLUNC, cUSTC, vFDUSD). Chain folder is cosmos/columbus (already exists upstream); USTR is already listed as USTC Repeg and is verify-only.
Pins on-chain decimals (CL8Y/USTR 18) and corrects tokenlist.json CL8Y from 6 to 18. CL8Y JSON includes coinGeckoId: ceramicliberty-com (live columbus tokens already use that field). No invented price/oracle fields.
Documents Job 2 (USD): CoinGecko still maps that id to BSC only; other CMM assets have no CoinGecko listing. Invariants K629-1–K629-8, skill, make verify-issue-629.

Related to #629. Does not open the upstream GitHub PR (operator step; export via ./scripts/qa/export-keplr-cw20-pack.sh).

Pack validator + export omits live USTR
Operator: open GitHub PR against keplr-contract-registry from the exported tree
