Summary

Default make deploy-local stores current community-tax / launcher / AutoLP wasm, paid-creates a QA tax token (auto_v2_lp, no MintControl), lists tax/EMBER, seeds LP above the swarm floor, and binds AutoLP pair.
Writes local dApp + indexer catalog pins (COMMUNITY_TAX_*, SmokeUST1 stand-in, CMM_GOVERNANCE_ADDR=test1). DEPLOY_SKIP_COMMUNITY_TAX=1 stays gems-only.
Factory CW20 funding (e2e-provision + TS swarm) Transfers tax balances from test1 and never Mints; wraps still skip; gems/TCL8Y still Mint. Fail-closed.

Closes #620.
