Summary

Records C-2 option 1 on #607: advertised buy/sell bps apply to pair-direct Send+Swap / pair→EOA only. Official multi-hop, hybrid-on-router, permissionless 1-op execute_swap_operations, and invoice wrap-routes via the router stay Honest (T592-13 / R607-1–R607-8).
Disclose on Create/Manage (Buy/sell tax is pair-direct only.) and Swap/Trade (Sell tax extra vs Route skips buy/sell tax). Extra-debit Max matches execute (C593-9 / C593-14).
No classify, pair, or router wasm change (H-01 + #596). Contract implement follow-up waived. poc_router_exemption_full_tax_bypass stays as a documented property.

Closes #607.
