Record INTERNAL_KIMIK3_1787468843 findings and multitest PoCs.
Recast severity/disposition after lead review so issues can be filed without duplicating #604/#605 or fighting T592.

Test plan

PoC comment IDs match findings (H-1/H-3/H-4/H-5).
cargo test -p cl8y-community-token-launcher --test audit_poc still demonstrates the defects (9 pass on current wasm).
