Summary

Relabel the /protocol vFDUSD CEX StatBox to FDUSD reference price (tab heading is vFDUSD, not vFDUSD / USD).
Indexer polls Venus Core Pool exchangeRateStored (view 0x182df0cd) and exposes human FDUSD per 1 vFDUSD on GET /api/v1/oracle/price/vfdusd (venus) plus GET /api/v1/oracle/price/vfdusd/venus.
USTC/LUNC stay unchanged; CEX vs Venus loading/errors are independent; browser CSP does not add BSC hosts.
