Summary

Rebuild /protocol as DEX USD global stats above one oracle card with USTC / LUNC / vFDUSD tabs (query keys and /price/{ticker} / /history/{ticker}).
Indexer: OracleTicker::Vfdusd polls CEX FDUSD (not $1, no fdusd alias); overview adds 7d/30d USD, 30d listings, active_pairs_24h, and unique_traders_24h on the ~5 min rollup.
Docs/skills: P550-1–P550-12, X2 includes vfdusd, make verify-issue-550.

Test plan

make verify-issue-550 (docs, source greps, indexer lib + integration, RTL, Playwright P1–P5 with 5 workers)
make verify-issue-515 (catalog + X1–X6 still green)
Manual: production/LocalTerra USTC ~0.00x, LUNC ~0.0000x, vFDUSD ~1.00 (not 100× swapped)
Manual: Protocol 24h USD vs Charts 24h Volume (USD) within ~5 min rollup lag
Light + dark eyeball of stats above oracle + three ticker chips (P6 uses existing design-tokens-visual protocol shot)
