Epic 58 delivery merged to
main: #70 ADR + docs, #71 indexer+UI book, #72 Playwright tx path, #73 pause UX +IsPaused, #74 wasm matrix, #83 book fee discount test, #87 pause test traceability. Integration: run indexer with LCD, deploy pair to LocalTerra, open/limits, run CI matrix (contracts + indexer Postgres tests + frontend + e2e). @brouie please verify child issues #70–#74, #83, #87 before closing this epic; note #83/#87 were also linked to epic #61 in GitLab if labels need cleanup.
