Summary

Post-merge sanity check of #1303: make verify-issue-1277 failed to compile. sqlx 0.8 does not implement Executor for &mut Transaction in apply_trader_lifetime_heal_tx.
Use &mut **tx (same as hub_prices / resting_orders). Static grep in verify-issue-1277.sh.

Fixes compile of #1303 healer. Parent: #1277 / #1303.

make verify-issue-1277 (6/6: docs, code, I10 rolling+heal, #577 decay, #548 catalog, api_traders)
