Summary

Product fix for hub cLUNC vs CEX LUNC landed on main via !1290 (issue/1240-hub-clunc); this PR adds the #1290 implement regression entry point.
make verify-issue-1290 runs verify-issue-1240 (P1240-1–P1240-8), hubPriceTicker Vitest, optional Playwright protocol-page (5 workers), and doc crosslinks.
Skills / AGENTS.md / docs/testing.md / docs/frontend.md reference the bundle target.

Fixes #1290

Acceptance (from #1290 / #1240)

Hub <dt> cUSTC / USD and cLUNC / USD; oracle tabs USTC / LUNC / vFDUSD (P1240) — on main, covered by make verify-issue-1240.
make verify-issue-1290 documents and runs the extended harness (Vitest + optional E2E).
Production /protocol after Coolify — reviewer visual check (hub wrap vs CEX native; selected vFDUSD tab casing).

Test plan

VERIFY_ISSUE_1290_SKIP_E2E=1 make verify-issue-1290 (12/12 steps)
make verify-issue-1290 Playwright — blocked on this VM (libnspr4.so missing for Chromium); CI / provisioned agent expected to run full suite

Gaps

Playwright e2e-smoke on gate-impl VM without playwright install-deps / NSS libs.
Coolify production spot-check remains manual.

Merged to origin/main (92c84406). Woodpecker PR + push succeeded.

Workstation: make verify-issue-1290 4/4, including Playwright protocol-page --workers=5 and nested verify-issue-1240 8/8.

Remaining: Coolify production /protocol visual (hub cUSTC/cLUNC vs oracle USTC/LUNC/vFDUSD) tracked on #1305.
