  • Point QA issue/PR helpers, onboarding, and evidence uploads at git.cl8y.com (fj) so tooling matches origin.
  • Retarget docs, skills, and PR template links from GitLab to Forgejo.

Test plan

  • fj whoami works against git.cl8y.com
  • ./scripts/qa/new-bug.sh / new-test-pass.sh create Forgejo issues (dry-run the helper parse path)
  • Confirm docs/qa-onboarding.md clone URL is https://git.cl8y.com/code/cl8y-bridge-monorepo.git
