Summary

Repositions cl8y.com as a product site for CL8Y Bridge and CL8Y DEX, with CL8Y described as a decentralized utility token for reduced CL8Y DEX fee tiers.
Adds persistent header/footer chrome, tight section copy, a footer explainer + legal, and a labeled #token placeholder for GitLab #2.
