Summary

  • LEGAL_TERMS_URL constant (https://terms.cl8y.com) + footer Terms link via ExternalLink.
  • Documents marketing exception in skills/cl8y-site-positioning/SKILL.md and invariants.
  • Unit tests: Terms URL pin, no cl8y-clickwrap, no Legal status API imports under src/.

Part of cl8y-ecosystem-legal bundle #34 (matrix + Bridge ops). Legal docs PR: (created on legal repo issue/34).

AC Status
AC5 done — no TermsGate / clickwrap dep; exception documented; Terms footer not Privacy
AC6 done — tests reject status API imports; no clickwrap package

Test plan

  • node --experimental-strip-types --test (invariants + tokenDirectory + copyText) — 25 passed
  • yarn typecheck, yarn test:e2e --workers=5 (CI)

Gaps

  • Playwright e2e not executed on gate worker (yarn unavailable); rely on CI.
