Spec doc pushed to cl8y-ecosystem-qa/specs/YO-RabbitTreasury-Verification-Spec.md (368 lines). Covers deposit/withdraw, epoch finalization, repricing, fee routing, reserve health. 6 sections: user-visible steps, state changes, failure modes, frontend safety, automation vs manual, release gate checklist. Ready for review, comment, and/or approval. Once approved, convert into issues for tests and QA checklists. @PlasticDigits
