Covers sale lifecycle, WarBow PvP, podium, charms, redemption, fee routing. 6 sections: user-visible steps, state changes, failure modes, frontend safety, automation vs manual, release gate checklist. Ready for review, comment, and/or approval. Once approved, convert into issues for tests and QA checklists. @PlasticDigits
