Checklist Item @PlasticDigits
Automated build and route test:
cd frontend && VITE_WALLETCONNECT_PROJECT_ID=test npm run build && npx playwright test e2e/launch-countdown.spec.ts e2e/home.spec.tsStatus
Skipped / Blocked
Priority
Low
Description
The automated check could not be completed because Playwright failed to install or run Chromium in the current WSL/Linux environment.
Steps Attempted
Expected Result
The frontend should build successfully, then Playwright should run:
e2e/launch-countdown.spec.ts e2e/home.spec.tsThis should verify the launch countdown and
/homeno-env routing behavior.Actual Result
The automation could not run because Playwright does not support Chromium on the current environment.
Error Message
ERROR: Playwright does not support chromium on ubuntu26.04-x64Reason for Skip
Automation was skipped because the current Ubuntu/WSL environment is not supported by Playwright Chromium. This blocks the automated browser test from running locally.
Notes
Manual QA may still be performed, but the automated route/build verification could not be confirmed at this time.

Ran the exact command from the ticket body on the QA server (Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, Node 24.14, Playwright 1.51.0).
VITE_WALLETCONNECT_PROJECT_ID=test npm run build— PASS, built in 16.81s with no errors.npx playwright test e2e/launch-countdown.spec.ts e2e/home.spec.ts— 2 passed, 2 skipped (deliberate skips by the spec gating, not env failures):The two skipped tests gate on
VITE_LAUNCH_TIMESTAMPsetup, not Chromium availability — both ran cleanly when their preconditions held.So the underlying build + automated route check pair are healthy on supported environments. The block on this ticket is purely the Ubuntu 26.04 / Playwright Chromium support gap on the local WSL. No frontend regression to chase.
@nullvector_ux You will need to install playwright chromium on your WSL - if you need assistance dm me on telegram - but this is low priority
