Acceptance:

Exact-unit per-asset ledger separates theft principal, fees/taxes, recovered assets, reserve compensation, frozen attacker assets, designated custody and final agreed delivery receipts; dated valuation never becomes current loss without new evidence.
Prevent double recovery: record prior reserve payment, potential later seizure/claim, reconciled entitlement and disposition decision; supply and reserve/liquidity impacts explicit.
Define reserve spending authority, finite exposure, replenishment/hold review and insurance availability/eligibility/exclusions; do not promise insurance or reimbursement.
Template for private exchange preservation request with chain/transaction/asset scope, provenance and independently obtained official channel, minimal PII and no actor attribution from explorer labels.
Separate prepared/sent/delivered/acknowledged/frozen/returned statuses; final victim-delivery and closeout evidence required. Tabletop one successful return and one no-response/unrecoverable case.
No outbound contact, PII publication or operational signing details without separately authorized scope.
