Why

!1115 merged and closed #581. cw20-codeid-audits/codeids/8266/REPORT.md is GO for factory AddWhitelistedCodeId 8266 (template gate). Several docs still say BLOCK / NO-GO, including a stale “until dump rebuilds” line that was already obsolete vs the #589 policy.

Columbus-5 2-of-3 whitelist and SpaceUSD/UST1 create+provide stay on #558 workstream 0/1. This issue is the leftover copy + operator confusion, not a second whitelist ticket.

Do

Update docs/runbooks/launch-checklist.md (line that still says 8266 remains BLOCK until dump rebuilds / until REPORT GO).
Update docs/testing.md F6 row (“8266 still BLOCK”).
Update docs/qa-invariants.md Q7 / M590-7 (NO-GO until REPORT GO — report is now GO; 2-of-3 still pending).
Update docs/templates/deploy-trace.md and deployments/mainnet-soft-launch/deploy-trace.md if they still say 8266 no-go / BLOCK.
Keep the rule: do not whitelist a LocalTerra store id; columbus-5 code id 8266 only after DEX 2-of-3 on #558.
Do not treat this GO as approval of ALPHA 8654.

Columbus-5 listing for 8266 landed (height 30060600, tx BA7C9FD05D0FC0BC14713A53325E1F42AAAECF3A11E4EC3BC91368013D8FC5D1). Factory GetWhitelistedCodeIds is [6036, 8266, 10184].

This issue stays open for the leftover BLOCK/NO-GO copy sweep. Docs should now say 8266 is on the factory whitelist (as of that height), not “2-of-3 still pending”. Keep: do not whitelist a LocalTerra store id.

Parent ops (SpaceUSD/UST1 create+provide) still #558.
