Summary

Record #1225 as an open active-book liveness gap in security invariant L26.
Crosslink pair placement/matching, cleaner defaults, indexer simulation, integrator guidance, and agent playbooks.
Keep the proposed default-greedy change #718 gated until #1225 is resolved.

This documentation PR does not close #1225; the remaining implementation and parity tests are listed in the issue comment.

Verification

Ask and bid zero-cost-fill regression tests passed.
Minimum-price-band validation test passed.
`git diff --check` passed.
Commit hooks passed formatting, Clippy, and secret scanning.
