In Settings > Chains, Solana Localnet shows 'Connection: —' with no green/red indicator. Other chains show connection time or error status. Health check not wired for Solana chain type.

@brouie Could you review the fix on feat/solana-integration? It passes Solana rpcUrl (and fallbacks) from ChainsPanel so useChainStatus can ping getHealth and the Settings ChainCard shows the green/red connection like other chains.
