Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to the Verify page (/verify)
Scroll down to the "Monitor & Review" section where hashes are listed
Click on any hash in the list

Expected Behavior

Clicking a hash should scroll to the top of the verify page

Actual Behavior

Clicking a hash adds it to "Recent Verifications" instead of scrolling to the top of the verify page
